Application Information

The Planning Department's development review process begins with the Consolidated Development Application which consists of three basic components:

General Application Form
Applicant/Property Owner Signature Form
Supplemental Information Form for the type of application(s) proposed

Additionally, there are Filing Instructions to aid an applicant to ensure their submittal package is complete and contains all of the necessary components to process their application(s). All the Consolidated Development Application materials can be accessed below.
