DIRECTOR'S HEARING REMOTE PARTICIPATION

Director's Hearing meetings on land use matters will be conducted by teleconference and in-person at the place of hearing, as noted on the agenda.  Public comment will be available via teleconference using Zoom. 

TO PARTICIPATE REMOTELY:

Any person wishing to participate remotely must complete a "Speaker Identification Form" at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  To submit your request to speak remotely please click here to complete the electronic speaker form. Once you submit the form, will receive an email confirming your request with the Zoom meeting number and passcode.  

Please do not share the meeting information.  All participants must submit a request form for identification purposes.  When joining the meeting, call in and/or use the Zoom App please log in at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting.  If you are calling in, use the telephone number you provided on the request form for identification purposes.  When using the Zoom App have a Microphone and Speakers available.

All presentation material must be submitted to the Project Planner or the hearing Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the Public Hearing.  Electronic files must be submitted on a flash drive or CD and five (5) copies of printed material must be provided for distribution.  

Note: For customers that use Apple Products (iPads, iPhones, etc.) there are known compatibility issues with Adobe's pdf format and the Safari browser. To be able to fully use the documents below, a separate PDF reader can be used, which can be acquired through iTunes. Riverside County Planning Department does not endorse any specific PDF reader; this notice is provided solely to advise our customers of the compatibility issue.
