PLANNING DEPARTMENT UNCLAIMED FUNDS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 50050, the Riverside Planning Department hereby issues notice of eligible unclaimed funds in the amount of $23,859.00. Funds were collected for Environmental Filing Fees required per the State of California Department of Fish and Game Resources Agency for the processing of environmental notices related to the land use and zoning application process.
Notice is hereby given that the County of Riverside Planning Department has held these funds which have remained unclaimed for a period of three (3) years from October 1, 2018 to October 1, 2021 and will become the property of the County of Riverside Planning Department on December 9, 2021, a date no less than forty-five (45) days from this posting on October 11, 2021, and no more than sixty (60) days after the first publication of this notice. All interested parties may submit a completed claim form for unclaimed funds in writing prior to the end of the 45-day noticing period, which is no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 24, 2021.
Interested party must file a claim for unclaimed money on or before November 24, 2021 to the Riverside County Planning Department, P.O. Box 1409, Riverside, CA 92502-1409. These funds may be released to the payee or representative provided the required form has been completed with the necessary information.
