Qualified Cultural, Paleontological and Biological Resource Consultants
The County of Riverside is updating the Environmental Programs Division’s (EPD) list of environmental consultants.
The update is for professional firms/individuals providing services for environmental (CEQA/NEPA) compliance, technical study preparation specialists, as well as Archaeological, Biological and Paleontological resource consultants.
The current consultant list(s) will be deleted from the County’s website on August 1, 2025.
An updated Consultant List will be posted on the County’s website on a monthly basis as applications are submitted and reviewed.
All consultants, including those placed on any previous list(s) must re-apply.

- In the “Subject” line of the email – please include, “Consultant List Update” followed by the Firm or Individual name.

The Consultant List is not an endorsement by Riverside County, nor does Riverside County make representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, of an environmental compliance consulting firm or individual’s qualifications, ability, or capacity. The County reserves the right to remove any consultant from the list at any time for certain performance, conduct or other reasons.
