Director's Hearing meetings on land use matters will be conducted by teleconference and in-person at the place of hearing, as noted on the agenda. Public access to the meeting location will be limited to comply with the Executive Order. Public comment will be available via teleconference using Zoom.
TO PARTICIPATE REMOTELY:
Any person wishing to participate (speak or view meeting) remotely must submit their request to the TLMA Commission Secretary via phone at (951) 955-7436 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. To submit your request please provide your name, phone number, agenda item, and position (opposed, support, neutral) to the agenda item. Once the information is submitted, you will receive a call or email confirming your request and the remote access information (Zoom meeting number, meeting link, and passcode.
Please do not share the meeting information. All participants must submit a request form for identification purposes. When joining the meeting, call in and/or use the Zoom App at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting. If you are calling in, use the telephone number you provided on the request form for identification purposes. When using the Zoom App have a Microphone and Speakers available.
