ORIGINAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: Plot Plan No. 20103 was a proposal to construct a boat manufacturing and showroom facility, a self-storage facility, and an industrial / warehouse facility on 38.52 acres consisting of 3 phases.
