TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 32095, EA39460, is an application submitted by Steve Taylor and Raymond Frankel for property located in the Rancho California Zoning Area, First Supervisorial District, and more generally located northerly of Avenida La Cresta, easterly of Via Vista Grande, and westerly of Clinton Keith Road; 20.01 Gross Acres, and pursuant to Ordinance No. 348, Riverside County Land Use Ordinance, and Ordinance No. 460, Riverside County Division of Land, is a Schedule H subdivision of 20.01 acres into two (2) 10-acre parcels. The building will include a restaurant, storage, wine production room and an associated office. (Quasi-judicial).
