Where can I obtain code violation records?
Our department does not maintain Code Enforcement records. To obtain code violation records, you will need to contact the Code Enforcement department directly at 951-955-2004 or by email at [email protected]. You may also visit their website https://ce.rctlma.org/ for more information.
How can I view the Planning Cases for a parcel or address?
You may use our Map My County (MMC) public use self-help tool – Provided by Riverside County IT GIS (gis.rivco.org) Link: https://gis1.countyofriverside.us/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=MMC_Public to view your parcel report.
Once you are on this page, you may choose to search by single APN, multiple APN’s or the address. You will need to have your pop-up blocker turned off to complete the next step. Click on “full report”, then scroll down to “Planning Cases” to view a list of Planning records for this property.

Where can I locate a record for a specific plan?
You may be able to obtain some document information for a specific plan through the planning department website https://planning.rctlma.org/approved-specific-plans-documents. If you do not find the documents you are looking for on this website, you may submit a request for a specific plan record below or call us at 951-955-2017.
Please note, it may take longer for us to scan larger files. We will try to provide a turnaround time for scanning. If a record is too large for our scanning capacity, we will need to send the file or files to our offsite scanning facility (ARC). Any fees incurred will be handled by this facility.
Where can I view information on new Planning projects?

Where can I find Cannabis CUP’s
You may utilize our self-help Cannabis CUP Tracker https://gis1.countyofriverside.us/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=Cannabis.Riverside_Cannabis. You may start by searching with a Parcel Number, Address or CUP case #. Once you are able to locate the address, you will see the CUP number associated with that parcel on the satellite image.
