Plot Plan No. 23320 proposes a 24,518 square foot winery consisting of administrative offices, a tasting room, a restaurant, a retail area, a fermentation room, a barrel storage room, a bed and breakfast with 10 rooms and 140 parking spaces on 10 acres.
