REQUEST: The Specific Plan proposes 2,000 projected units in 10 product types with densities ranging from 4.5 to 15.7 dwelling units per acre. The proposal also includes a 17 acre proposed elementary school site with a 6 acre joint use park, a 91 acre regional park with a 35 acre lake, and 182.6 acres of conservation areas.
