Notice of Completion (NOC) for an Environmental Impact Report for Renaissance Ranch Commerce Center which includes Specific Plan No. 333 Amendment No. 1 (SP00333A01), General Plan Amendment No. 200004 (GPA200004) and Change of Zone No. 2000016 (CZ2000016) SCH#2021030301

The comment period for the Notice of Completion is from June 9, 2022 to August 12, 2022 (extended to 65-days). 

PROJECT SUMMARY: The County of Riverside Planning Department will serve as the Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and will coordinate the public review of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that will evaluate the potential significant environmental impacts that may result from the proposed project. Richland Ventures Inc (project proponent) is proposing to process the above referenced entitlement actions through Riverside County which proposes an Amendment to the current Renaissance Ranch Specific Plan and related General Plan Amendment and Change of Zone that would allow for future development of the 157.1-acre Project site with 18.0 acres of “Business Park” land uses, 97.2 acres of “Light Industrial” land uses, “Open Space – Conservation” on 11.5 acres, “Open Space – Conservation Habitat” on 27.1 acres, and major circulation facilities on 3.3 acres.

PROJECT LOCATION: The Specific Plan area is located east of Horsethief Canyon Road and south of De Palma Road and Interstate-15.
