REQUEST: Plot Plan proposes a 46,956 square foot, two (2) story industrial building with 0.44 Floor Area Ratio on 2.4 net acres within Planning Area III-3 of the Wildrose Specific Plan 176 (SP 176). The proposed industrial building has allocated 8,115 sq. ft. for showroom use, 16,528 sq. ft. for office use, and 22,313 sq. ft. for warehouse use.
