Obtain a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) Certificate
- Obtain your TOT certificate before applying for a STR certificate.
- Complete the Transient Occupancy Tax Registration Form and submit to the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office at [email protected].
- Upload your TOT certificate when applying for your STR certificate.
