Overview
This is a proposal to add a warehouse boundary to the Mead Valley Area Plan ("MVAP"), which would result in establishing a functional warehouse core area, running along the westside of I-215 Freeway. This proposed map is intended to define the extent and limits of warehouse development within Mead Valley. Establishment of the map and boundary area does not presuppose any site specific approval of a warehouse project. Each project is required to stand on its own and go through the regular entitlement process, which involves community outreach, environmental review, and public hearings.
Information about any additional public outreach or future proposed hearing dates, will be posted here.
