John Hildebrand

John Hildebrand has more than 20 years of professional planning experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a member of the American Planning Association (“APA”) and has served two terms as the Director for the Inland Empire Section APA, representing Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. 

Hildebrand is also a Board member of the California Planning Foundation (“CPF”), which is an organization that gives annual scholarships to students enrolled in a college level Planning program. He is a former adjunct instructor at Cal Poly Pomona, having taught both undergraduate and graduate level courses in the Urban and Regional Planning program.
