Overview
The Mead Valley Community Plan is a comprehensive planning initiative aimed at guiding future growth and development, for the unincorporated community of Mead Valley. This plan will serve as a localized supplement to the County’s General Plan, providing tailored land use policies and community development goals that reflect the unique character, needs, and aspirations of Mead Valley residents.
In conjunction with the robust planned outreach, the plan will ensure that community and economic development in the area is compatible with surrounding land uses and the wants and desires of the residents that call Mead Valley home.

Draft Boundary Map
This map represents a draft proposal to establish a downtown core area within the Mead Valley Community Plan boundary. This is a concept map only at this stage and a starting point for discussion. The County will be hosting a series of community workshops to take input and help craft a community plan together.
