REMOTE PARTICIPATION IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION

Planning Commission public hearings on land use matters will be conducted by teleconference and in-person at the place of hearing, as noted on the agenda.  Public access to the meeting location will be limited to comply with the Executive Order.  Public comments will be accepted remotely via teleconference using Zoom.

TO PARTICIPATE REMOTELY:

Any person wishing to participate remotely must complete a "Speaker Identification Form" at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  To submit your request to speak remotely please click here or use the following URL: https://rivco.org/constituent-speaking-request to complete the electronic speaker form. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirming your request with the Zoom meeting number and passcode. 

Please do not share the meeting information.  All participants must submit a request form for identification purposes.  When joining the meeting, call in and/or use the Zoom App at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting.  If you are calling in, use the telephone number you provided on the request form for identification purposes.  When using the Zoom App have a Microphone and Speakers available.

INSTRUCTIONS TO VIEW THE MEETING REMOTELY: Livestreaming of the meeting is available via website/links or TV channels. Registration is not required for any of the livestreaming methods.  Please note: Speaking or providing public testimony remotely using any of the view only options is not available.
