Notice of Intent to Adopt an MND for PPT200028

The County of Riverside, as lead agency and in accordance with requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), has determined that Plot Plan No. 200028 (for the scope of work detailed below) will not have a significant effect on the environment and has recommended for adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration.


The Public Review Period to comment on the draft-final MND is from Wednesday, April 26, 2023 to Monday, May 25, 2023.  Any person wishing to comment on the environmental document must submit their comments in writing (either by mail or email to the information below) between the date of this notice and expiration of the Public Review Period by 5:00 PM (close of business).  All comments (via correspondence) and materials received prior to the date of the Project’s public hearing will be submitted to the Planning Director for consideration.

Plot Plan (PPT) No. 200028

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Plot Plan No. 200028 is a request for the development of a new, single-story 9,100 square-foot, convenience market in conjunction with site improvements consisting of  a 46-space parking lot, landscaping, two stormwater detention basins, on five, vacant parcels totaling 1.37 acres (58,893 square feet).

PROJECT LOCATION: North of Corvina Drive, south of West Access Road, east of Marina Drive and west of Desert Beach Drive. APNs: APNs: 723-225-002, -004, -006, -008 and -010
