An Addendum to Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. 466 for the Majestic Freeway Business Center Specific Plan has been prepared to analyze the impacts of Plot Plan No. 180032 (PPT180032).
The Plot Plan is a proposal for the construction and operation of a 347,672 square foot warehouse/distribution/manufacturing development on 18.9219.41-acres (gross), identified as Building 19. The building consists of 27,814 square feet of office area with the remaining 319,858 square feet as warehouse.
