REQUEST: Plot Plan proposes to construct a 7,253 sq. ft. structure (0.21 Floor Area Ratio) for the purpose of a Montessori School for 144 children up to12 years old. The proposal will conduct business from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will have 6 full time staff members and 6 part time staff members on site. The project consist of six (6) classrooms ranging from 652 sq. ft. to 900 sq. ft., a 352 sq. ft. infants sleep area, a 183 sq. ft. kitchen, a 124 sq. ft. office, 10,111 sq. ft. (32%) of landscaping, a 3,527 sq. ft. sand-lot, and 19 parking stalls on a 0.80 gross acre lot.
