REQUEST: The Plot Plan proposes an addition of 2,600 square feet to an existing church building of 2,842 square feet. With the proposed addition the church facility will provide a total building area of 5,442 square feet, a landscaping area of 2,640 square feet, a seating capacity of 132 seats, and 75 parking spaces.
