Plot Plan No. 17788
proposes to develop 20.48 gross acres into a distribution facility. The project will include 426,212 square feet of building area, 257 parking spaces, 106,980 square feet of landscaping, and trucking and railroad areas.

Plot Plan No. 18875 proposes to develop 5.99 gross acres into a warehouse facility. The project will include 93,350 square feet of warehouse space, 10,860 square feet of office space, 41,699 square feet of landscaping, and 96 parking spaces.

Plot Plan No. 18876 proposes to develop 6.83 gross acres into a warehouse facility. The project will include 114,160 square feet of warehouse space, 8,000 square feet of office space, a 2,000 square foot mezzanine, 49,670 square feet of landscaping, and 109 parking spaces.

Plot Plan No. 18877
proposes to develop 12.75 gross acres into three separate warehouse facilities. Building A will include 41,580 square feet of warehouse space, 1,500 square feet of office space, a 1,500 square foot mezzanine, 16,696 square feet of landscaping, and 64 parking spaces. Buildings B and C will include 137,960 square feet of warehouse space, 12,500 square feet of office space, 3,000 square feet mezzanine space, 58,846 square feet of landscaping, and 200 parking spaces.

Plot Plan No. 18879 proposes to develop 7.99 gross acres into a warehouse facility which will include 156,150 square feet of warehouse space, 10,000 square feet of office space, 60,445 square feet of landscaping, and 119 parking spaces.

An existing mobile home will be removed and replaced by a 60x25 foot-wide gravel yard. An existing 6 foot fence will also be eliminated. The total project area is 25,625 square feet.
