Plot Plan No. 18876 proposes to develop 6.83 gross acres into a warehouse facility. The project will include 114,160 square feet of warehouse space, 8,000 square feet of office space, a 2,000 square foot mezzanine, 49,670 square feet of landscaping, and 109 parking spaces.

Plot Plan No. 18877 proposes to develop 12.75 gross acres into three separate warehouse facilities. Building A will include 41,580 square feet of warehouse space, 1,500 square feet of office space, a 1,500 square foot mezzanine, 16,696 square feet of landscaping, and 64 parking spaces. Buildings B and C will include 137,960 square feet of warehouse space, 12,500 square feet of office space, 3,000 square feet mezzanine space, 58,846 square feet of landscaping, and 200 parking spaces.

Plot Plan No. 18879 proposes to develop 7.99 gross acres into a warehouse facility which will include 156,150 square feet of warehouse space, 10,000 square feet of office space, 60,445 square feet of landscaping, and 119 parking spaces.
