PLOT PLAN NO. 18691, EA39088, is an application submitted by Mohn Building Systems for property located in the Anza Zoning Area, Third Supervisorial District, and more generally located on the northerly of Cahuilla Road, southerly of Mitchell Road, easterly of Bahrman Road, and westerly of Contreras Road; 2.27 Net Acres, and pursuant to Ordinance No. 348, Riverside County Land Use Ordinance, The project is a proposal to utilize 33,612 sq. ft. of 2.27 acres to construct one 4,800 sq. ft. prefabricated industrial buildings for trailer manufacturing with 2,236 sq. ft. of storage area, and 2,500 sq. ft. welding area.
