RECLAMATION PLAN NO. 00165 - CEQA EXEMPT - Richard Ringer - Chuckawalla Zoning District - Fourth Supervisorial District -Located on public land administered by the Bureau of Land Management, approximately 25 miles northwest of the City of Blythe in Sections 29 and 32, Township 3 South, Range 20 East, SBBM - 8.2 Acres

REQUEST: This is a Reclamation Plan for the restoration of an area of BLM land used for surface mining of magnetite ore and the access road. An estimated total production of 14,250 tons is expected over 15 years with a maximum excavation depth of 5 feet.
