The 2nd District Design Guidelines are applicable to all current Commercial projects. They also apply to Residential projects approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to January 13, 2004. For Residential projects approved after 1/13/04, please see Countywide Design Standards & Guidelines above.

Temecula Valley Wine Country Design Guidelines - Adopted: March 11, 2014
"The Temecula Valley Wine Country Design Guidelines" is a critical component of the community plan. The design guidelines will ensure the necessary guidance toward accomplishing a common vision for this unique community. The Design Guidelines include appendixes for the Rancho California Road and De Portola Road streetscape design and signage program adopted on December 2010 and modified on December 03, 2013.

Community Vision and Concept Plans are documents developed in conjunction with local communities in order determine the current and future needs of a community. Once these plans are created, they are used to develop implementing policy documents, design guidelines, and/or ordinances.
