Payments over the phone via Credit Card: Contact the Cashier at (760) 863-7735 and provide invoice number.
Payments In-person via Cash, Credit Card, or Check: At the Cashiers Counter located on the 9th Floor of the County Administration Center, 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside, CA 92501.
Payment can be mailed to: County of Riverside, Attn: Accounts Receivables, P.O. Box 1605, Riveside, CA 92502 or 4080 Lemon Street 14th Floor, Riverside, CA 92501. Reference the invoice number on the check or include a copy of the invoice.
Please Note: A 2.28% Transaction Service Fee will be applied to Credit Card Payments.
Per Ordinance No. 749 of the County of Riverside establishing surcharges that are applied to all fees and charges collected under Ordinance No. 457 relating to building requirements and Ordinance No. 671 relating to consolidated fees for land use and related functions. Surcharges are applicable to all fees and charges regardless of payment type. Surcharges may not be waved and are not refundable. Work may not resume on negative cases until additional funds are provided to cover the negative balance, surcharges, and current and future work to be completed.
