Following the passage of Proposition 64, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors directed County departments to develop cannabis regulations for the unincorporated areas of Riverside County for Board's consideration at a future public hearing. To help guide and inform that decision-making, County Staff will collect Community Input Worksheets, form available below, from constituents of the unincorporated communities throughout the County during October and November 2017. These Community Input Worksheets will give interested community members the opportunity to provide input on potential regulations placed on cannabis businesses within the unincorporated areas of Riverside County.

Community Input Worksheet (Quick "click, fill, and submit document." Submit the document directly by email.)

County Staff will prepare a report documenting the comments and feedback received from these worksheets. Once compete, the report will be available to the public here (Documents and Reports webpage). Please check back frequently for new information, or if you’d like to receive news, updates and alerts from the County of Riverside regarding cannabis regulations, please click here.

As the County of Riverside moves forward with developing recommendations for cannabis regulations and best practices, the public is invited to submit comments and feedback. General Comments may be submitted online through this webpage in the section provided below.
