Due to an unfortunate hardware failure both the live streaming and the video recording for the August 19, 2015 Planning Commission ended at 1 hour and 39 minutes into the hearing. Fortunately the audio was preserved and is available here. The Board of Supervisors chamber which the Planning Commission hearing was heard at uses special software for audio and to be able to play the audio presented here you will need download the Record Player here.
